Silver City offers up a pretty standard brewery taproom experience. You enter in the front room, which has the bar and a couple coolers for bottles. On the right is a window into the brewery and in front of you are the taps and bar stools. The day I visited, they had a cask of a one-off IPA pouring, too. To the left are a few more tables among the 25 or so barrels of aging beer. The taps were all the standards plus a half dozen specialty/seasonal offerings. They have chips but no other food (though you can bring in outside food if you desire). They offer growlers and bottles of their brews for takeaway. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The barkeep was quick with my pint and knowledgeable in the brews. Nothing special I guess, but definitely worth a stop if in the area. Has a much better tap lineup than their restaurant in Silverdale. I enjoyed my visit and I’ll be sure to drink here again.
