This is right after security in Terminal 2. There is only one other smaller terminal, 1, which have separate security entries.

The place is somewhat large for an airport spot, with some seating near a long U-shaped bar. There are some TVs available toward the back wall.

They have breakfast through dinner for food, though breakfast stops at 10AM. The food is pretty good, I'd say a large step up above what you would find in an airport restaurant. There are a couple items for kids as well, like Mac n' Cheese.

There are about 10 Stone beers on tap, including some of their single-release beers. They also have some guest beers available, which is common for brewery-associated restaurants in airports.

Overall it's a welcoming place for anyone into beer that has some time before a flight.

This is a branch of Stone Brewing located in Terminal 2 of the San Diego Airport. I was lucky enough to stumble on it while waiting for a flight this week. As is the standard w/ Stone Brewing, the beers were all very good. It wasn't crowded at all (the friendly bartender was bored enough to strike up a conversation with me) when I was there on a Saturday evening.

For an airport bar, the atmosphere was all you could ask for. It was a really nice bar, and a nice surprise for anyone waiting on a flight. But, it was an airport...
