linkTruly a gem, even for a great-beer saturated town such as PDX. The operation is uber-small, so don't expect to find their beers elsewhere. You gotta come to this location, and bring your appetite! The place is mainly a hoagie deli, and while the menu may be small, you can't go wrong with anything. That said, it will appear to the first-time visitor that their beer production is merely a side business, and, though that might be the case, the quality lacks for nothing. The only drawback is that it's atmosphere is far from that of a normal bar. The handful of times we've visited, most of the patrons weren't even drinking; however, it doesn't appear that they're soon to turn anyone away for wanting to just sit down and enjoy the beer only. Several guest beers on tap, along with at least 5 of their own at all times.
