As was stated in the previous comment, this is truly a neighborhood bar. It is really devoted to Scotch but the owner has gotten into the craft beer movement with gusto. There are also other spirits but its mostly a Scotch/Beer bar. Every time I go in I wish I were a Scotch drinker. I believe they have around 20 taps wit a good bottle selection to complement it.
Parking is a bit messy. Pico has some meters along it but the residential area next to it is permit only. There's also a park across the street but they frown upon patrons parking there. The police have been known to give tickets to non-park users.
Having said all this, it's a great spot. The owner/bartenders are all friendly. It has a nice room with games. They've also started to have a food truck park outside ( which takes up some of those precious parking spots ) to help with the lack of food. That's a great thing cuz I have been there having not eaten and I get caught up in all the delicious stuff. Not good.

Absolutely fantastic selection of beers. They have 26 regularly stocked taps, not including a couple of rotating new arrivals, and up to 3 cask beers available as well.

The atmosphere is purely a pub, there are pool tables and flat screens, decent music selection as well.

Service is excellent and prompt at the times I have been. Never been extremely crowded so far.

No food service, just regular bar snacks.

Definitely would recommend to someone looking for craft brew and nothing else.
