The best cider company in the universe???? Possibly. their product is well known throughout Northern CA and you can always tell a quality establishment if they have 2 Rivers instead of Wyder's or Ace.

Much of the fruit is organic. Apple is the flagship, but they make different ones throughout the year based upon seasonality, Fruit is local. Pear, Peach, Pomegranate, different apples, blends, you name it and they probably do it ay some time or have tried it.

Cannot say enough good things about this establishment.

Not a cider-pub, but a cider factory that occasionally has tours and/or parties. Find it throughout the Sacramento area, with the home base being Rubicon.
